How to Export Data from Nearly Any Report in Google Analytics
Step 1: Navigate to nearly any report in Google Analytics, and in the top right corner you can see the export options:
Step 2: Click Export to export the reporting data from the screen you’re on and select the file type you’d like to export.
Step 3: The selected data will automatically download.
How to Get a Recurring Monthly or Weekly Email with Your Google Analytics Data From Nearly Any Report
Step 1: Navigate to nearly any report in Google Analytics, and in the top right corner you can see the export options. Select Share.
Step 2: Input the email address the export will be sent to.
Step 4: Complete the subject line info.
Step 5: Confirm your Attachments file type.
Step 6: Select your desired frequency.
Step 7: Under advanced options select for how long you’d like these emails to send. The maximum amount of time is 1 year.
Step 8 (Optional): If you’ve already set up an existing recurring data export, and you’d like to add this one to it, select Add to an existing email:
If you this is the first recurring data export you’ve created skip to step 10.
Step 9 (Optional):
Step 10: Click Save or Send.
