Please see the bottom of this guide for an important legal disclaimer.

The only exception to this is if you have the AMP addon installed and wish for it to wait for an AMP consent box to be pressed before tracking, in which case you will find a checkbox to enable this feature on  Insights » Settings and click Tracking » EU Compliance, you will want to toggle the box for Wait for AMP consent box?

Note: this setting only appears if you have the AMP addon installed.

Toggle the box for Wait for AMP consent box:

If you are using any caching plugins and/or hosting provider provided caching, we also recommend clearing it after installing the EU Compliance addon.

Otherwise, no further configuration is required.

Be sure to see the rest of our guide: Getting Started with the EU Compliance Addon for further instructions for compliance with the EU GDPR and the EU Cookie Law for Google Analytics.
